Chayaditt Hutanuwatra

Chayaditt Sak Hutanuwatr is an international social investment consultant and mentor with over 30 years of distinguished experience across both the private and public sectors. With a robust background in Investment Banking and Venture Capital, he possesses strategic expertise in business transformation and turnaround, having successfully driven numerous mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships both in Thailand and internationally.
Currently, Mr. Chayadit serves as the Chairman of Creston Holding Ltd. and TVA Corporation, a conglomerate dedicated to Eco Social Business (ESB) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investments. Under the TVA Corporation umbrella, he oversees the strategic direction, management, and growth of key subsidiaries, including AE Capital Co., Ltd., Weise Capital Advisory Co., Ltd., Amanie Afra Halal Investment Ltd., and Mobel Asset Management Co., Ltd., among others.
Beyond the corporate sphere, he acts as an advisor to several key Thai ministries, including the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and the Ministry of Interior. A strong advocate for education, Mr. Chayadit is also a guest lecturer at universities in Thailand and abroad, covering Business Strategy, Social Enterprise, and ESG Investment. Notably, he has served as a guest speaker at prestigious global institutions such as Pepperdine University in California, USA.

Kwanchai Chuisriyoung

Kwanchai Chuisriyoung is a distinguished expert in accounting, auditing, and international financial standards, bringing over 20 years of experience from both "Big Four" firms and leading professional consultancies in Thailand. He specializes in IFRS, Local GAAP, internal control systems, and financial statement preparation for organizations poised for growth.
Prior to establishing TVA Niwat Consultant, Mr. Kwanchai served as a Director at KC Smart Audit Co., Ltd., where he oversaw comprehensive operations and developed internal workflows. His expertise was pivotal in providing IFRS conversion consulting for IPO preparation, as well as accounting, tax, and internal control solutions for leading companies such as Proplugin and Bertram (1958).
His robust professional foundation was forged during his tenure as an Audit Manager at Nathee Audit and an Audit Assistant Manager at Ernst & Young (EY). These roles endowed him with a deep understanding of auditing processes and international financial reporting. Additionally, he is a lecturer for SET e-learning courses and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Thailand (No. 12017).
Holding a degree in Accountancy from Chulalongkorn University, Mr. Kwanchai is the trusted advisor organizations turn to for elevating their accounting systems, financial management, and corporate governance to world-class standards.
Thoskamon Wayupong
Director
Thoskamon Wayupong serves as a Director at TVA Niwat Consultant, bringing over 20 years of expertise in finance, accounting, M&A, and corporate restructuring. With a distinguished career spanning roles as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), international auditor, and corporate advisor, he specializes in strategic financial planning, pre-IPO preparation, financial ratio analysis, and managing relations with auditors and the SEC.
His career includes key leadership positions, such as Director at BBA Group Consulting, where he advised leading Pre-IPO companies like Bangkok Lab and Cosmetic, Royal Plus, Bertram (1958), Botanica Luxury, and North Fitness. In these roles, he was instrumental in establishing accounting systems, structuring finances, and coordinating with auditors to ensure rigorous regulatory compliance.
Mr. Tosakamol has also accumulated extensive management experience as the CFO of EDMA Maxcon Group and other leading firms in the energy and engineering sectors. His responsibilities encompassed corporate budgeting, group restructuring, ERP system implementation, and analyzing investment and M&A projects. Additionally, his tenure as Managing Director for various consulting and innovation firms has further solidified his holistic understanding of business strategy and operations.
Before stepping into executive roles, Mr. Tosakamol built a strong professional foundation during his 12 years at KPMG Phoomchai Audit in both Thailand and the Philippines. There, he provided auditing and consulting services to energy companies, automotive industries, and multinational corporations, including complex IFRS consolidation at the holding level. He also played a pivotal role in the ASEAN+2 project, supporting Thai business expansion abroad.
A recognized thought leader, Mr. Tosakamol is a frequent speaker on accounting and tax at the national level and an expert on investment in the Philippines. He possesses deep expertise in IT audit and SEC regulations.
Mr. Tosakamol holds a degree in Accountancy from Chulalongkorn University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA Thailand No. 8745). With his comprehensive experience across public companies, private sectors, and international ventures, he is a trusted expert in financial governance and corporate strategy.
